**A quick overview**:
In this role, you will be the key point of contact between our organization and our clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing our products; meeting with our clients virtually or during sales visits; demonstrating and presenting our products, establishing a new business, and negotiating contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.

**Your Key Duties and responsibilities**:

- Achieve mutually agreed sales targets in a given profile for specific products and segments.
- Identify potential customers and increase the sales business share in the market.
- Develop valuable, mutually beneficial client relationships through regular face-to-face interaction, sales calls, and extensive networking with the objective of securing business.
- Attract and retain inactive clients by promoting an improved customer service approach.
- Undertake extensive research through effective networking to understand customers’ service requirements.
- Promote annual maintenance contracts to improve customers’ after-sales service.
- Learn the product lines including the competitive advantages each has and consult customers of their best options accordingly.
- Adopt innovative sales strategies to ensure we remain the top preferred supplier in the market.
- Mitigate projects risks and ensure 100% compliance with rules and regulations.
- Create and present technical presentations showcasing products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare sales monthly reports/forecasts and maintain proper customer records.
- Assume the responsibility of payment collection in collaboration with credit control and finance teams.
- Provides expertise and support to sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs, which may include product modifications
- Report all the visits, project details, and activities in CRM.

**Some must-haves**:

- Holding bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum Experience of 2-3 in the sales field.
- English and Arabic speaker.
- Proven presentation skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
**Some nice-to-have**:

- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
