**الخبرة**:
10+ سنوات من الخبرة العملية في قيادة مبيعات المنتجات الاستهلاكية للعملاء داخل وخارج الإنترنت.
خبرة في العمل مع تجار التجزئة غير المتصلين بالإنترنت.
خبرة في العمل مع تجار التجزئة على الإنترنت.
خبرة في المبيعات تستهدف الأسواق الدولية.

تغطي هذه المسؤوليات جوانب مختلفة من إدارة المبيعات في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك قيادة الفريق، واستحواذ العملاء، وبناء شبكات الأطراف المعنية، والمشاركة في الفعاليات، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.

الخبرة الصناعية

تجربة بناء شبكة توزيع في قنوات التجزئة والإنترنت للسلع الاستهلاكية.
سجل حافل في إطلاق العلامات التجارية الجديدة بنجاح والحفاظ على حصة السوق في فئة المنتجات على حد سواء في أسواق التجزئة المتصلة بالإنترنت وغير المتصلة بالإنترنت.
خبرة سابقة في العمل في الشرق الأوسط (خاصة المملكة العربية السعودية) مع مراجعات مؤيدة من الإقليم / السوق.

**التوسع في السوق واستحواذ العملاء المستهدفين**:
تغطية جميع مدن المملكة العربية السعودية، استهداف العملاء المحتملين في المستشفيات والصيدليات والتجزئة غير المتصلة بالإنترنت والتجزئة على الإنترنت.
إطلاق وتسويق وبيع وتطوير الأعمال لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات للعلامات التجارية الحالية والجديدة.

**تحقيق هدف المبيعات**:
تحقيق الأهداف اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية والسنوية للمبيعات.

**قيادة الفريق وإدارة الأداء**:
إطلاق اجتماعات المبيعات الأسبوعية مع أعضاء الفريق ومراقبة أدائهم بعناية.
إدارة وتطوير وتدريب ومراقبة وتحفيز قوة المبيعات لضمان تحقيق معايير احترافية عالية وتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية للمبيعات.
تقييم نقاط القوة ونقاط الضعف في فريق المبيعات وإدارة برنامج المبيعات وفقًا لذلك.
توفير الدعم الميداني لأعضاء المبيعات أثناء توليدهم للعملاء المحتملين وإتمام صفقات جديدة.
توظيف بائعين متجولين، وتحديد الأهداف، وتدريبهم وتوجيههم، ومراقبة أدائهم، والتأكد من تنفيذ المهام والمسؤوليات المحددة.
تحديد الثغرات المعرفية في الفريق ووضع خطة لتلبيتها.

**بناء العلاقات والشبكات**:
إطلاق اجتماعات أسبوعية مع الإدارة العليا.
التواصل وبناء شبكة مع مجموعات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في المملكة العربية السعودية ذات الصلة بالأم ورعاية الطفل.
التواصل وبناء شبكات مع أطراف ذات صلة في المستشفيات والصيدليات وسلاسل المتاجر والمتاجر عبر الإنترنت.

**المشاركة في الفعاليات وتخطيط الترويج**:
المشاركة وتمثيل علامات الشركة في فعاليات التسويق والترويج للصناعة والعملاء.
تخطيط التقويم الترويجي مع كل عميل مسبقًا للفعاليات الترويجية مثل عيد، الجمعة السوداء، يوم العزاب، العام الجديد، إلخ.

**البحوث السوقية وتطوير الاستراتيجية**:
الحفاظ على حجم المبيعات ومجموعة المنتجات وسعر البيع من خلال متابعة العرض والطلب والاتجاهات المتغيرة والمؤشرات الاقتصادية والمنافسين.
تقييم القنوات التوزيع التجارية الحالية بشكل مستمر وتطوير أدائها وإدارة الصراعات، مع ضمان التوافق مع خطط المن
