**كيف ستسهم وتتطور؟**:
يعمل مطور الأعمال في الصناعات الكبيرة (LIBD) عند تقاطع أنشطة التجارة والمالية وإدارة المشاريع. إنهم يدفعون نمو خط الأعمال في الصناعات الكبيرة من خلال تنظيم عملية بيع الحلول لمشاريع الاستثمار متعددة الملايين. يجمع LIBD بين علاقات العملاء والنموذج المالي والعروض التجارية وإدارة العقود.
المرشح الناجح يجب أن يكون قادرًا على إظهار توازنًا للمهارات التالية: إدارة العملاء والعلاقات، التواصل الشفهي والكتابي، التفكير المجرد والنقدي، تصميم النماذج المالية، إدارة المشاريع وحل المشكلات. سيتم اعتبار المعرفة بعمليات التكرير أو الكيميائية أو البتروكيماوية أو انتقال الطاقة كميزة إضافية.
**المسؤوليات الرئيسية تشمل ولكن لا تقتصر على**:
**إدارة تجارية**:
- إنشاء وصيانة ونمو العلاقات التجارية الثقافية مع الشركات الكبيرة في مجال تكرير النفط والكيماويات والبتروكيماويات أو صناعات الصلب؛
- اكتشاف وفهم وتحليل احتياجات العملاء وعملياتهم ومشاريعهم ونقاط الضعف؛
- استكشاف هياكل العملاء ومعايير اتخاذ القرارات والقادة؛
- تقييم الحركات التنافسية والقدرات والسياقات المحيطة بفرص المبيعات؛
- ضمان شبكة داخلية جيدة للتوعية والتوافق بين الإدارات والكيانات؛
- بناءً على ما تم ذكره أعلاه:
يعمل على وضع الحل الفائز المدعوم بحجج نوعية وكمية؛
يكتب العروض التجارية والعروض والمناقصات؛
يكتب، بالتعاون مع الفرق القانونية، ويتفاوض مع العملاء، اتفاقيات إطار المشروع: اتفاقيات توريد الغاز، اتفاقيات المرافق، مذكرات، الخ.
**تطوير المشروع**:
- تحديد وتعبئة الموارد المطلوبة لتشكيل فرق مشروع مؤقتة متعددة الوظائف بما في ذلك الهندسة والقانون والمالية والإدارات الأخرى؛
- تعريف التكلفة والنطاق والجدول الزمني لفرص النمو التجاري المخصصة لتقديم حلول فائزة للعملاء ونمو رابح للصناعات الكبيرة؛
- ضمان عملية اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية السريعة والدقيقة داخليًا وخارجيًا؛
- يكتب النتائج الداخلية الرئيسية للمشروع بما في ذلك ملاحظات لجنة الاستثمار
**المالية**:
- يعرف المبادئ الأساسية والعلاقة بين الربح والخسارة والتدفق النقدي والميزانية؛
- يفهم مفاهيم الاستثمار لقيمة الزمن، القيمة الحالية الصافية، معدل العائد الداخلي، معدل العائد المطلوب وتكلفة الفرص؛
- يحسب ويتحكم بدقة في النموذج المالي للمشروع من أجل احتياجات التسعير واتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية؛

**المؤهلات والخبرة**:
- درجة الماجستير في الهندسة ذات الصلة أو المالية أو تخصصات أخرى مدعومة بشهادة MBA
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 (10 سنوات مفضلة) في تجربة بيع الحلول تشمل قرارات الاستثمار.
- يُعَد معرفة عمليات التكرير أو الكيميائية أو البتروكيماويات أو اعتبارات انتقال الطاقة كميزة إضافية.

- شخصية صادقة وموثوقة وحساسة قادرة على بناء علاقات طويلة المدى موثوقة؛
- روح تجارية موجهة نحو الفوز مع تقديم القيمة؛

- عادات جيدة في التنظيم وإدارة المشاريع؛
