Assystem are recruiting for a Recruitment & Resource Manager to join our growing HR team in KSA, based from our Riyadh office, who will act as account manager and single point of contact for our client as part of the Large Nuclear Power Plant (LNPP) Program being developed in KSA, which Assystem is proud to be supporting.

Working closely with the external client, internal stakeholders and the wider recruitment function, you’ll take ownership of the full end-to-end talent acquisition, recruitment and resource management process for a portfolio of vacancies covering a variety of differing skill sets. You’ll regularly manage a large volume of vacancies at various points of the sourcing, selection, and onboarding process at any one time.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the full 360 recruitment process for a variety of roles across disciplines, including managing the offer and onboarding process
- Working with internal recruitment resources to ensure optimal coverage and effectiveness across all vacancies within the LNPP client
- Acting as key point of contact with the client, building the relationship and improving working processes to ensure efficient and effective recruitment
- Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to identify resource allocation needs and improve overall efficiency

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 7 years experience within recruitment
- University level education from a Saudi university
- Previous experience of recruiting either internally for large projects, or in a 360 recruitment role within a recruitment agency
- Headhunting experience
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and talent attraction and acquisition tools and strategies
- Experience of managing external clients, and dealing with conflicting priorities and stakeholder requirements to build strong, lasting working relationships
- Able to work autonomously and proactively to secure resolutions for Assystem and our client
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with negotiation skills
- Experience of recruitment in the Saudi market is essential for this role, including local recruitment channels and employment laws
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, verbal and written, is essential for the role.
