IR Sales Executive - 2210506

- Reporting to the sales Manger and responsible for the development of the after market refrigeration product sales and/or services and all related sales activities to designated or key strategic customers.
- Develop business plans, long-term goals, pricing strategy and customer satisfaction goals,. Maintains a monitoring summary of developments within customer organizations that may affect future businesses.
- Responsible for sales to a specific list of major accounts. will deal with negotiations at a high level, and develop the AM business through new ideas, retrofits and upgrades. will be highly qualified and will have a number of years related sales and IR industry experience.
- In addition to the above tasks, other activities and responsibilities can be identified individually related to Aftermarket sales and services.
- Find, target opportunity and start contacting existing and new. Keep a manager informed of changes in the market. Develop a network of contacts. Monitor checkpoints in the buyer-driven sale process such as bid documents. Learns to prove technical knowledge by writing specifications or matching the proposal to building specifications to provide value to the customer and a positive JCI position.
- JCI information goals and contributions to customers. Meet the customer's operational and environmental objectives, needs and requirements. Recommends solutions and connects customer goals to a total value solution and competitive advantage. The knowledge of competitor business strategies, products and solutions applies favorable control to JCI's distinction from them.
- Positively and credibly affects PSA grants, head retrofit projects often creates competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, cost/benefit analysis. Check new proposals and quotes with the team and Manager before viewing the customer. Writes, presents and communicates with presentations effectively. Negotiates value, handles resistance with shown and closes sale. JCI is a supplier of the overall construction environment.
- Uses applicable sales tools effectively to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunities in accounts. Take advantage of JCI's sales process to close sales quickly.
- Seek support from internal staff and communicate effectively with them to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop a relationship with the solutions and systems sales organization to exceed customer expectations.
- Keep management informed of progress and account status. Calls for help from the manager to keep the sale moving.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience.
