Introduction

Bühler Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Senior Sales Manager for Milling Solutions and Grain Handling. This position is responsible to strengthen the company’s Milling Solutions business in Saudi Arabia and develop the customer base, implementation of business strategy and ensuring that the business targets are achieved.

Tasks
- Promote and develop Milling Solutions business in Saudi Arabia
- Oversee the sales activities across different Bühler business segments and product categories, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
- Gain a thorough understanding of customer goals, issues, needs, and key business drivers to better serve and target potential markets
- Actively seek and promote cross-business unit (BU) selling opportunities and foster a collaborative sales approach
- Effectively present Bühler's industrial solutions, translating complex technical features into clear customer advantages and benefits, to increase market share
- Engage and educate decision-makers on the total cost of ownership (TCO) of Bühler's offerings, advocating for the long-term value and benefits
- Proactively identify and escalate critical issues in a timely manner, contributing to the development of effective solutions and strategies
- Train, develop, and lead a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in milling industry
- Fluent communication skill in English and Arabic language

Preferred qualifications
- Organizational skills including the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Able to work independently and within specified guidelines or processes
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Customer service attitude & proactive approach
