**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Execute on the overall Service Sales growth strategy across the sub-region.
- Be the first contact for customers in offering service contracts, solutions, & part selling.
- Analyze installed base for potential opportunities in the different geographies.
- Build a dynamic sizable funnel of opportunities suitable to set targets.
- Day to day follow on each opportunity until materialized.
- Ensure proper forecasting of revenues on each cycle, i.e. monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Highlight and escalate risks as they appear and work on mitigating them in a timely manner.
- Maintain good relationships with and access to key customer decision makers
- Solicit customer input of commercial service thru NPS/surveys and adjust offerings accordingly
- Continuous improvements matching both customer satisfaction and sales potentials
- Differentiate MDT product/solution/service offerings, convey compelling value propositions and present solutions responding to customer needs
- Drive focused product offerings and campaigns across direct & indirect markets
- Addresses internal and external business challenges and ensure timely escalation.
- Work closely with equipment commercial teams to win deals fitting customer and company needs
- Make full use of sales processes/tools and use them effectively for the intended purpose.
- Effectively forecasts budgets, opportunities, gaps, risks, and work on mitigation plans
- Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product/solutions/services/geographies.

**Must Have**
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of working experience in the healthcare field
- Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry & good experience in the Sales & service Sales fields
- Minimum 4 years of Service sales in similar markets and products
- Minimum 4 years of a mix management for Direct and indirect countries
- Demonstrated leadership in identifying growth opportunities and working hard to achieve targets.
- Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills

**Good to Have**
- Lean Six-Sigma Certification
- Master’s Degree
- Previous experience in equipment selling
