About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in SaaS sales, preferably in HRMS, ATS, or ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business opportunities in the SME and enterprise segments.
  • Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline using FlyAkeed's CRM (HubSpot).
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with FlyAkeed's pricing and business policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the corporate travel industry, customer pain points, and FlyAkeed's competitive advantages.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience (HRMS, ATS, SME ERP experience is preferred).
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English speaker.
  • Presentable, accountable, and responsible.
  • Experience in using HubSpot CRM or similar tools is a plus.
