Job Description
">We are seeking a skilled Partner Development Manager to join our team, focusing on onboarding and enabling our Strategic Technology Partners in their AWS partnership journey.
In this role, you will develop deep relationships with executive leadership, understand their challenges, goals, and vision for the Kingdom, and execute ambitious business plans to launch AWS hosted solution offerings in the Saudi Region.
As a Partner Development Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive AWS relationship and business practice across stakeholders, and accelerate GTM and joint demand generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
">- Develop trusted relationships with executive leadership of our strategic partners by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their challenges, goals, and long-term vision.
- Develop and execute business plans to launch AWS hosted solution offerings in the Saudi Region and accelerate adoption by customers.
- Help partners accelerate their cloud sales motion, bring compelling solution offerings to market, and empower them with industry insights and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with AWS sales, Marketing, Service teams, and Operational teams to develop tailored transformation roadmaps and help execute those engagements.
- Prepare and present business reviews to senior leadership, both internal and external, and effectively communicate market realities, partner needs, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive AWS relationship and business practice across stakeholders ranging from CxOs to Technical practitioners.
- Accelerate GTM and joint demand generation efforts with these Technology partners in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications and Skills
">- 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
