We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our customer service modality, you will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness across MEA countries.

Key responsibilities include proactively identifying cost-saving opportunities, driving growth and development to achieve company goals, maintaining highest customer satisfaction, and planning and implementing the service budget.

Your role:
  • Operational Excellence: Identify, develop, and implement opportunities to augment overall operational effectiveness for MEA countries.
  • Cost Optimization: Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities to implement mitigation strategies for potential threats to business operations.
  • Growth and Development: Drive growth and development to accomplish company goals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain highest customer satisfaction, including profitability, within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, superior communication skills, and the ability to effectively present information to coworkers and employee groups at various levels.
