The role of an Office Manager at Al-Futtaim Automotive is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations. This involves providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, coordinating office activities, and supervising support staff.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment. They should possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing executive support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior executives as required.
  • Handling confidential documents and information with discretion.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interacting with senior executives.
  • Supporting leadership team meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives. Experience in the automotive or related industries is a plus.
