- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs to ensure seamless functioning of our facilities.
- Handle correspondence in a timely and professional manner to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Procure and maintain equipment and supplies, including repairs or replacements when necessary, to minimize disruptions.
- Provide information to employees, facilitate communication between departments, and support hiring processes.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
