About the Role

As a Strategic Engagement Manager at تكامل القابضة, you will play a key role in leading and managing end-to-end consulting engagements and teams. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, contribute to thought leadership, monitor project progress, and foster teamwork for overall client satisfaction and project success.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Project Leadership: Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  3. Project Planning: Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation strategies.
  4. Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  5. Team Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts, to execute project tasks and deliverables.
  6. Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities.
  8. Communication: Provide regular updates and executive-level reports to clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the engagement.
  9. Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, participating in client proposals, and contributing to the development of project scopes and pricing strategies.
  10. Project Budgeting: Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop and manage project budgets based on the scope, resources required, and expected deliverables.
  11. Upselling Opportunities: Leverage client engagements to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  12. Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, industry events, and networking activities to enhance Takamol's reputation and attract new clients.
  13. Teamwork: Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  14. Performance Monitoring: Support in monitoring and reporting the performance of team members against their assigned KPIs to their line managers.
Qualifications
  1. Education: MBA or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any relevant field.
  2. Experience: 8-12 years of work experience (4 years in project management, engagement management) or a similar role within the consulting industry.

  2. Leadership: Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  3. Team Management: Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and manage client expectations.
  5. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bilingual candidates with proficiency in both Arabic and English are preferred.
  6. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Business Acumen: Business acumen and a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
