Sales and Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a Sales and Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at ReThink Recruitment. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
About the RoleYou will manage relationships with national licensed operators, ISPs, and MVNOs, selling wholesale telecoms products to meet business objectives. Your primary focus will be on building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities- Partnership Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities in the wholesale telecoms market.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights on wholesale products and services to the marketing team, supporting strategic decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a telecoms operator providing services to wholesale clients.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of technical solutions behind wholesale products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Background: A combined engineering and sales background is highly desirable.
