About The Company
A newly established Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) financing company, backed by a leading Saudi bank, is seeking a Head of SME & Micro Business Sales to drive market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and manage high-value client relationships. This role is critical in establishing and leading the company's sales strategy, ensuring strong pipeline management and successful deal closures.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive SME and micro business financing growth
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring high conversion rates and sustainable revenue growth
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with business owners, corporate clients, and financial partners
- Lead client acquisition, negotiations, and deal structuring, ensuring successful financing agreements
- Identify new market opportunities and design tailored financing solutions for SMEs and micro businesses
- Drive the development of strategic partnerships with banks, fintech firms, and business networks
- Collaborate with internal teams, including risk, compliance, and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in SME or micro business sales within banks, financial institutions, or financing companies
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and successfully closing financing deals
- Extensive network and strong relationships within SME and business sectors
- Ability to craft and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth
- Fluency in Arabic and English
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
- Experience in digital lending, fintech partnerships, or alternative finance solutions
- Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and SME financing frameworks
- Take a leadership role in shaping the sales strategy of a newly established financing company
- Work in a fast-growing sector with the backing of a major Saudi bank
