This role is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value accounts that secure new product selection, value pricing, and convenience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a deep understanding of the market segment, seasonality, and global trends/events, and continuously monitor competitor efforts.
  2. Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  3. Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business targets.
  4. Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve seller issues.
Requirements:
  1. A bachelor's degree is required.
  2. Ideal candidates must possess 1 to 3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
  3. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
  4. Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is strongly desired.
  5. Superior communication and presentation skills, a strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  6. Excellent business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
  7. Superior analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
  8. Comfortable with complex financial data and polished communication skills.
  9. Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
