Key Responsibilities- Data Collection and Reporting
Collect and analyze data, and prepare reports for use within and outside the unit. Develop new reports or revise existing reports as directed.
Administrative SupportProvide administrative support to the Program Director, including answering telephone calls, taking and relaying messages, and originating correspondence.
Record Keeping and TrackingMaintain employee directories, track paid-time-off hours, and maintain schedules for future hours.
Equipment ManagementEstablish and maintain records of equipment, including service dates and logs.
Financial SupportObtain data to complete the unit's overhead budget and prepare associated recurring reports.
Space ManagementCoordinate physical space requirements for the assigned unit and initiate requests for PCs and telephones.
Performance SupportTrack performance appraisals' timeliness and prepare documents related to personnel actions.
Requirements- High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and typically 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel expertise.
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects promptly.
