BaseTeam Recruitment is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support our sales teams in the early stages of the sales process.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering presentations to potential clients and conducting product or service demonstrations, working closely with sales teams to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.

They will analyze client requirements and provide technical advice to identify solutions that meet their needs, prepare price quotes and technical contracts in collaboration with internal teams, and provide technical advice to sales during the negotiation process with clients.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will highlight the added value of products and services, conduct in-depth technical analyses, ensure high-quality technical proposals, keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, and accelerate the sales process by removing any technical barriers or inquiries that may arise from the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver presentations to potential clients and conduct product or service demonstrations.
  2. Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
  3. Analyze client requirements and provide technical advice to identify solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience in technical sales or pre-sales.
  3. Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and explain technical concepts in a simplified manner.
  4. Ability to understand the client's technical needs and translate them into practical solutions.
