Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments and individuals, including preparing reports, handling information requests, and arranging for outgoing mail and packages.
- Handle confidential and sensitive documents, and maintain a high level of discretion at all times.
- Coordinate office management activities, including planning events and volunteer activities, and maintaining office procedures.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Help prepare office budget, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to top management and inter-department, including forwarding, printing, and presenting important emails.
- Follow up on existing tasks internally and externally, and maintain and update hard files and soft copy files as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate or relevant course in secretarial course.
- Language: Must be fluent in English (read & write).
- Experience: 4 - 6 years work experience within the same field.
