Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Sales Executive to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a Service Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading and developing mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers which are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility.
    • Be accountable for developing KONE's position in your customer base or market area.
    • Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling).
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team.
    • Document the customer and contact information, maintain customer data.
  • Sales
    • Proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base.
    • Handle RFQs.
    • Be accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
    • Be accountable for finding customer needs and that KONE's solution matches with the needs.
    • Be responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within your authority.
    • Validate that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome.
    • Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits (sales funnel management).
    • Be responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM.
    • Be responsible for gathering relevant information about the market and competitors from the field.
    • Support the finance function in money collection.
    • Drive execution of your individual sales plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience having a solution-selling approach.
  • Good understanding of the Service / Maintenance business.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.
  • Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must & Arabic communication is an added advantage.
  • As per current labor regulations, this role is only open to Saudi nationals.
