Job Summary
Nutanix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Relationship Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is a unique opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, driving satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Acting as the post-sales trusted advisor for strategic customers.
- Creating and documenting tailored Customer Success Plans.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and addressing concerns.
- Driving product adoption and expansion among customer organizations.
