Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales / Account Executive to join our team at SiFi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying and qualifying new leads, and closing deals to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including referrals, online research, and industry events.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customers are getting the most out of our products and services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the Fintech industry to provide valuable insights and solutions to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience selling SAAS solutions to SMEs, with a strong understanding of the Fintech industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proven track record of success in closing deals.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
