Client Experience Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Client Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Application Dashboard meets the needs of our clients, and that our products align with users' needs, compliance requirements, and company objectives.
Your responsibilities will include defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, working closely with the development team to translate requirements into actionable user stories and features, and building and maintaining cross-functional team cohesion.
You will also be responsible for owning key business metrics, collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant regulations, and using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
