Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Client Partnership Specialist to join our team at Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and meeting their needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and discussions about their requirements.
  • Manage client records accurately, tracking contract updates and renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales and other teams to create strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are met.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
