The Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales team in achieving strategic growth across all channels. This exciting opportunity requires exceptional leadership skills to inspire and dominate a diverse sales force, optimize operations, and drive performance targets.

You will play a critical role in shaping the sales strategy and ensuring the team consistently achieves results. If you are a results-driven, strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage large-scale sales operations, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of 350-400 van sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Foodservice Key Accounts and major FMCG clients to promote the protein product range.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
