Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and grow existing Foodservice business through effective relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  2. Team Development: Coach and mentor your team to improve operational efficiency and achieve results.
  3. Industry Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Foodservice industry to identify areas of growth and improvement.
  4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  5. Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with key clients and decision makers within Foodservice Provider Companies.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  7. Account Management: Manage key accounts and develop strategies to retain and grow existing business.
  8. Company Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of COSTA Foodservice within FSP/client Companies.
  9. Business Implementation: Support the implementation of company programs to drive business growth and success.
  10. Distribution Management: Oversee distribution operations to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services.
  11. Business Propositions: Develop and implement business propositions to drive sales growth and revenue.
  12. Sales and Budget Management: Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
  13. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  14. Market Sector Analysis: Analyze sales performance by market sector to inform business decisions.
  15. Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and strategies to ensure business growth and success.
  16. Accountability: Take ownership of sales results and drive growth through effective leadership and strategy.
  17. Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree educated or equivalent.
  • Excellent Microsoft knowledge (Excel – Word – PowerPoint).

Work Experience:

  • 5-8 years foodservice Sales Experience in KSA.
  • Hospitality sales experience is a plus.
