Customer Success Professional

Your key responsibilities will include providing support to users with onboarding and Know-Your-Client documentation, responding to incoming questions or queries, and assisting users in navigating our platform. You'll also be responsible for documenting user questions, queries, or issues they're facing and supporting the company in optimizing customer experience by sharing 'Voice of Customers' - customer complaints to the relevant team.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have experience working in customer-facing roles, strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English), and be service-oriented with characteristics such as empathy, resourcefulness, communication, and relationship-building.
If you're a self-driven individual who can build and maintain high-scale projects end to end and have experience using Intercom or Zendesk, we'd love to hear from you.
