As a Director of Business Expansion at Course, you will be responsible for driving sales, market growth, and brand positioning within the Saudi market. This is a strategic role where you will manage key retail accounts, oversee sales operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Saudi market.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners in the region.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques among team members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure the team's professional growth and development.

Required Qualifications:

  • +10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the luxury beauty, fragrance, or FMCG sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
