Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join our global business, driving monetization of the Fresha platform.

Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will be accountable for building relationships and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountability: Meet key performance indicators on monetization and revenue growth by engaging with and educating Partners on the value of the Fresha platform.
  • Conversion: Proactively introduce, educate, and convert Partners onto Fresha's payments solution.
  • Optimization: Ensure listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
Requirements
  • Partner Facing: Demonstrable experience in delivering commercial outcomes from a previous Partner-facing role.
  • Commercially Motivated: Shown to be commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targets.
  • Analytical: Proven experience in using and analyzing data and reporting effectively to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Initiative: Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to consistently learn and improve.
  • Outbound Sales: Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent and proven written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Innovative: Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to interact with people from across the business and build strong relationships, including the ability to effectively influence upwards.
  • Team Player: Happy to roll sleeves up and assist the team when required.
  • Initiative: Ability to self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
