- Oversee portfolio collection processes, maintaining high levels of persistence and ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Ensure that Agents deliver superior service throughout the policy lifecycle, fostering customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide continuous coaching and development for Agents through structured training, joint fieldwork, and regular feedback sessions, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Effectively manage financing tools and processes in alignment with Tawuniya policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Participate actively in all planned training sessions in accordance with Tawuniya procedures, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Enforce Tawuniya standards and procedures in managing the sales team within the unit, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Ensure the unit operates in full compliance with Tawuniya directives and regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong reputation and avoiding any potential risks.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on unit sales statistics, including Management Information Systems (MIS) data, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Ensure the sales team completes all new business documentation thoroughly and accurately, maintaining high levels of quality and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field is preferred, indicating advanced knowledge and expertise in the field.
With 5–8 years of sales experience in the KSA market, including 2–3 years in a similar position, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local market, industry trends, and customer needs.
