Job Description

CARE is seeking a Business Growth Developer to spearhead our affiliate program efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, affiliate marketing, and strategic partnerships. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive affiliate program strategy, monitoring industry trends, and analyzing performance data to drive revenue growth through affiliate marketing channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Affiliate Program Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive affiliate program strategy aligned with CARE's business goals, identify new affiliate partnership opportunities, and evaluate their potential.
  • Partnership Acquisition: Identify potential affiliate partners, initiate contact, negotiate terms and conditions, and secure deals that align with CARE's brand and target audience.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliate partners, communicate regularly, provide updates, and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track and analyze the performance of affiliate partners, implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance, and increase ROI.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in business development, affiliate marketing, or a similar role, and a proven track record of successfully securing and managing affiliate partnerships. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as an analytical mindset and ability to interpret data. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools is also required.
