">Your Key Responsibilities
">You'll lead technical and product sales efforts, recommending best-practice solutions and guiding clients on effective use of Lean's APIs. You'll establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding client technical challenges through discovery processes and designing innovative solutions addressing business needs.
">In this role, you'll ensure exceptional client experiences throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on understanding and addressing client needs. You'll maximize clients' use of Lean's offerings to achieve their business goals and take initiative to identify and resolve issues both for clients and internally, contributing to organizational growth.
">About You
">We're looking for someone with hands-on, energetic, and passionate approach, demonstrating creative problem-solving skills and the ability to lead others to success. Strong client-facing skills and proficiency in Arabic are essential for effective communication with our clients in the region.
">2-3 years of experience in roles such as solutions engineer, pre-sales engineer, or solutions architect is required. Experience working with API companies and proficiency in calling APIs and debugging high-level technical errors is also a plus.
