Technical Sales Professional - ITSM

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our Business Development Team at Alnafitha. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and managing the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operation Management (ITOM). You will be able to articulate the company's technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customized presentations and demos to present and demonstrate Alnafitha's solutions and services to customers.
  • Conduct technical assessments and build scope of work/low-level technical scope based on business requirements.
  • Develop solutions-related documentation, including technical proposals, fact sheets, and user manuals.
  • Improve the overall customer experience by serving as a customer advocate within Alnafitha and assisting clients to maximize their investment in technology.
  • Participate in building Alnafitha's technical content library, including knowledge bases, service catalogs, and other technical content.
  • Represent Alnafitha in forums, such as seminars, technical or marketing conferences, and events.
  • Deliver technical training for customer knowledge transfer and help customers consume their products and services.
  • Perform ad-hoc services, including short and time-limited engagements focused on implementing specific scenarios, customer-specific issue remediation, or support.
  • Mentor other team members on deployed solutions and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • ITIL Expert certification (required).
  • ISO 20000 Foundation certification (preferred).
  • ManageEngine Certified Solution Expert certification (preferred).
  • CCNA certification (preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in same or similar technology: 2-4 years (ManageEngine, BMC, ServiceNow, Microsoft, SolarWinds, etc.).
  • Practitioner in the area, focused on core IT Service Management/ITIL functions.
  • Experience in different types of solution implementations.
  • Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware, and software.
  • Experience across different industries and sectors.
  • Good experience with CMDB, Asset Management.
  • IT networking skills and experience.
  • Excellent understanding of Windows, UNIX, and Linux infrastructure, including File System, Registry, Active Directory, user profiles, security.
  • Understanding of virtualized technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
  • Acceptable experience with databases such as MYSQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL.

Personal Skills:

  • High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like an owner in what you do.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on their own or in a team.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
