  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Sales Cycle: Work on an end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to close, with a full cloud adoption lifecycle on multi-cloud services.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, holding regular check-ins to set objectives and monitor progress.
  • Business Development: Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to ensure sales volume, product mix, and selling price are optimized.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven technical sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with a strong understanding of public cloud, big data, and analytics.
  • Skills: Excellent sales and customer service skills, with strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: Excellent command of English, with proficiency in Arabic and Turkish an added advantage.
