HRsource is seeking a highly motivated SaaS Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth and expansion in the GCC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to develop and execute strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.

About the Role

You will use your consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions, build and nurture relationships with mobile ecosystem partners, and manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leverage your expertise in sales and marketing to develop and execute strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with mobile ecosystem partners to increase platform visibility and market share.
  4. Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasts and reporting.
Requirements
  1. 5-10 years of proven sales experience in SaaS, technology, or mobile advertising.
  2. Established network within the marketing technology and mobile advertising sectors.
  3. Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and selling skills.
  4. Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other CRM tools.
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  6. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
