Job Description

This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow within a successful and expanding company. As a Saudi Female Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively generating leads and cultivating relationships with potential clients to understand their fit-out needs.
  • Conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase Form's services and address client inquiries.
  • Working closely with the sales and project management teams to develop proposals and ensure client requirements are accurately incorporated.
  • Negotiating contracts, managing quotations, and following up on bids and proposals to ensure client expectations align with project scope.
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to identify target clients and create promotional strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract new business.
  • Tracking sales activities, managing CRM data, and preparing regular reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the interior architecture, fit-out, or construction industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out project sales processes, including client needs analysis, proposal development, and negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and present ideas confidently.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client engagements and sales targets.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong presentation skills in both languages.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
