About the Role
Premedion GmbH is seeking a skilled Saudi Female Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves driving sales and business growth by promoting Form's fit-out services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and understand their fit-out needs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase Form's services and address client inquiries.
- Work closely with the sales and project management teams to develop proposals and ensure client requirements are accurately incorporated.
- Negotiate contracts, manage quotations, and follow up on bids and proposals to ensure client expectations align with project scope.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target clients and create promotional strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract new business.
- Track sales activities, manage CRM data, and prepare regular reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
We require:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the interior architecture, fit-out, or construction industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of fit-out project sales processes, including client needs analysis, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and present ideas confidently.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client engagements and sales targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong presentation skills in both languages.
- Knowledge of CRM software and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
