Business Growth Strategy Manager

Role Summary:
The Market Business Development Senior Analyst will be responsible for driving strategic market initiatives through data-driven insights, professional proposal development, and executive-level reporting. This role requires close collaboration with internal Philips leadership and external stakeholders to deliver actionable intelligence and develop compelling business cases.
Key Accountabilities:
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and identify business trends that inform strategic decision-making.
- Financial Planning: Develop financial models and revenue forecasts to assess market opportunities and business viability.
- Proposal Writing: Create high-quality, professional proposals tailored for external stakeholders, including partners, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling business strategies and support leadership with structured reporting and insights.
- Strategic Alignment: Assist in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with Philips' growth objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or strategic planning, preferably in healthcare/medical technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences.
- Experience in developing executive-level reports, business cases, and client-facing proposals.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
