The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at the Riyadh office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital transformation products and services to potential customers, driving all activities of the sales cycle from identification to closure and contracting.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for proposal and opportunity coordination, account penetration, lead generation, targeted prospecting, and forecasting.
- Sell our products and solutions, driving all activities of the sales cycle from identification to closure and contracting.
- Coordinate comprehensive account management plans to address the tactical and strategic needs of the client.
- Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities in existing and new divisions.
- Leverage relationships and develop new relationships with customers.
- Coordinate presentations to clients, preparation of proposals, and negotiation of commercial terms and conditions.
- Manage post-sales activities such as relationships, invoicing, and collections.
- Assess opportunities, develop account plans, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting the company's products ethically to customers as per the business plan.
- Work closely with the presales and marketing departments.
- Network with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company.
- Deliver technology solutions tailored to customer needs and meet assigned quotas.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
- Arabic language - native.
- English language - fluent.
- At least 4 years of experience in Sales/Account Management in Public or Private Sectors.
- At least 2 years of Sales experience in the field of Information and Technology solutions (software or IT solutions).
- Proven experience in selling sophisticated solutions and guiding clients to make decisions based on our products' value.
- Demonstrated business and financial understanding and the ability to negotiate agreements.
- The ability to coordinate and support impactful customer-centric solution presentations to customers (CMO/Marketing Director, Product Heads, Technical Heads).
- Strong persuasive abilities.
- Attitude for understanding how technology solutions tackle business problems.
- Consultative selling capabilities; preferably have played an account management role.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science is a plus, as is business experience in an engineering, technical, and consulting environment.
