Senior Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Regional Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Foreground LLC in Riyadh. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and leading our operations in the region.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the local Saudi market and FMCG distribution landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth targets and align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Lead market analysis efforts to monitor trends, competitors, and customer needs, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Manage daily operations across sales, marketing, finance, and HR functions to ensure seamless operations and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee budget planning, monitor financial performance, and ensure effective cost management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, co-ops, and major accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the local Saudi market and FMCG distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
