Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at IIQAFGROUP. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for managing our reception area and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our company
- • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department, providing clear and concise directions
- • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages
- • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies and materials are readily available
- • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- • Maintain accurate records and reports, including office expenses and inventory
- • Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as scheduling meetings and arranging travel
Requirements:
- • Proven experience in an administrative or front office role
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
- • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office management or a related field is an asset
