Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at LyondellBasell Industries. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Riyadh office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office administration, including reception, visitor management, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing official documents and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with office employees and management to plan events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the finance team to handle banking-related activities and petty cash management.
- Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and manage time and attendance.
- Graduate degree or diploma in Administration is desirable.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
