Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the National Blood and Cancer Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and clients through various communication channels.

Job Description:
    In this role, you will be responsible for:
        - Responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
        - Scheduling patient appointments and ensuring seamless coordination with doctors and other departments
        - Providing accurate and timely information to patients about their appointments, test results, and other medical-related matters
        - Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive patient information with discretion
        - Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient experience
        - Staying up-to-date with new procedures, policies, and technologies to continuously improve patient services
    
Key Skills and Qualifications:
    To be successful in this role, you should possess:
        - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
        - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions
        - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
        - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
