Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success through customer engagement and support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
