Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales growth by maximizing short- and long-term opportunities and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Core Distribution: Achieve core distribution targets, including listing of new Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), agreed visibility, and other elements in the Business Development Agreement (BDA).
  2. Customer Relationship Building: Develop a strong relationship with customers and initiate negotiation of contracts, including visibility, shelf space, promotions, and implementations.
  3. Market Intelligence: Organize field visits daily and follow up with stores in the assigned area to ensure availability of products. Report market intelligence, including sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles, to sales management.
  4. On-Shelf Availability: Ensure that promotional plans are implemented effectively and efficiently in-store in the assigned area(s). Ensure on-shelf availability of all products based on core distribution by communicating with merchandisers and following up with store visits.
  5. Product Handling: Ensure correct product handling and condition on shelf as per company policy. Ensure shelf and warehouse stocks are correctly audited, rotated, and short expiry issues are properly handled in line with company policy.
  6. Financial Reconciliation: Ensure collection and financial reconciliation is made in line with Nestlé set payment terms.
  7. Reporting and Record Keeping: Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities, and other required reports and forms.
  8. Merchandiser Support: Follow up with merchandisers on their daily journey plan and resolve any issues that may arise. Provide constructive feedback on stock handling and implementation of products on shelves, checkouts, secondary placements, and gondolas.
  9. Compliance: Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestlé Instructions and local country codes.
