Sales and Retention Executive

Kafaat Business Solutions is seeking a Business Partnership Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Retention:
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute account management strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Account Management and Strategy:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, developing strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and drive business growth.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and report on account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports and insights to internal teams and senior management.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop proactive solutions to mitigate future challenges and strengthen the client relationship.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first approach.
