Job Overview
Promapp is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer success plans to drive adoption, usage, and account growth for existing top ARR customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and their partners.
- Provide product training and support to customers.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Promapp products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
