Sales Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the food ingredients industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and expands the company's presence in the GCC market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and competitor activities.
- Source high-quality food ingredients from reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable contracts and pricing with suppliers and customers.
- Manage stock levels and ensure efficient procurement and inventory management.
- Develop sales forecasts and business growth plans to align with company objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
- MBA (preferred).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the food ingredients industry.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in a similar role.
