\As a Solutions Engineer at Lean Technologies, you will play a key role in shaping the future of fintech. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific challenges and design workflows that enhance their operations.

- Provide exceptional client experiences throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on understanding and addressing client needs.\
- Act as the voice of our clients to the product team, providing feedback on early products to ensure they meet client needs and expectations.\
- Identify and resolve issues, both for clients and internally, contributing to organizational growth.\
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.\

Requirements

- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and building strong relationships with clients.\
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in API companies and calling APIs.\
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present and advocate for Lean's products effectively.\
- Experience working with API companies, with proficiency in debugging high-level technical errors.\
- Strong writing skills for effective documentation and communication.\
- Experience as a product manager is a plus.\
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.\
