We are seeking a Sales and Retention Executive to join our team at Kafaat Business Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
    • Understand client goals and challenges, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
    • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Develop strategic account plans to maximize client value and drive revenue growth.
    • Cross-sell and upsell company products and services based on client needs.
  • Account Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement detailed account management strategies to strengthen client engagement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, customer support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Track and report on account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to internal teams and senior management.
    • Analyze trends and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first approach.
